Trees of Green has run with credit in all four starts and has to be respected but Godolphin's colt may again have to settle for minor honours with preference for Distant Drama, who gets the vote over Al Badeya. The last mentioned showed promise in her first three starts prior to disappointing at Folkestone last time. Sir Michael Stoute's filly is undoubtedly better than that latest effort suggests and she cannot be discounted. Pivotal Truth has not progressed as much as may have been anticipated, while The Tyke has a long absence to overcome. The vote then goes to Jeremy Noseda's Distant Drama who showed plenty of promise on her belated debut at Goodwood last month and, granted normal improvement for the run, she could be the one to beat.
