We will take a chance here on Summer Charm, who gets the nod ahead of Captain Margaret and Charnock Bates One. The case for the selection is that she is generally consistent on the all-weather and is just two pounds above her winning mark from Lingfield over today's trip. If she's anywhere near her best, she can go well. Catain Margaret comes here seeking a straight hat-trick of wins and, even though she's been raised three pounds for her narrow latest success, she is game and a good run is not ruled out. As a course and distance winner on her first try at today's trip, Tranquilizer can't be ruled out of things, while much as Millagros is well-weighted based on her best winning Turf form, her two all-weather runs have not been so good. Two potential improvers at today's trip are Charnock Bates One, who was noted making late headway last time and could well have improvement to come at this trip, and Lake Wakatipu, who was also noted making late headway at today's trip last time. Finally, My Boo showed a lot of improvement to score last time but, for today, we will side with Summer Charm.
