LIBRE can land the finale at the main expense of Kassuta and Gifted Heir. The selection has been in the first two on eight of his 20 starts on the all-weather and he confirmed his well-being with a good second behind Spring Secret at Chepstow last week. He has a decent draw and with the return to this slightly longer trip also not a problem he looks the one to beat. Kassuta would have claims on her best form but she is a bit of an in and out performer and she will need to build on her encouraging effort last time out if she is to get her head in front. Gifted Heir has won over the course and distance and he finished in front of Kassuta at Yarmouth last month. That was a good effort but on these terms he will do well to confirm the placings. Mick Is Back would have a chance on the pick of his turf form but he is nowhere near as effective on this surface. Lytham ran a shocker last time at Southwell and he will need to leave that running behind to make his mark. There are plenty in with chances but the vote goes to Libre.
