Master Macho is the form pick if he can recapture his best following an abject display at York on Friday, however he's beginning to look exposed and we'll take a chance on PABUSAR ahead of Mixed Emotions. The last-named, like any juvenile runner from Richard Hannon's yard, has to be respected but she was easy to back ahead of her modest Sandown debut. She is surely capable of better and has the assistance of Richard Hughes this time, but we're happy enough to take her on with Pabusar. Ralph Beckett has his string in good order and this son of Oasis Dream was too green to do himself justice on debut having been well supported. That market strength suggested he's shown plenty at home and he's closely related to winning sprinters, so we're happy to take a chance on him having learned plenty from that initial experience. Master Macho has now had nine tries without success so whilst the pick of those efforts would make him tough to beat it's ambitious to expect any further improvement. That certainly looked the case on Friday at York where he was below-par and it's hard to make a strong case for Mick Channon's charge despite previously strong placed form. This race is easier than the one Believe It Or Not struggled in on debut and his pedigree suggests dropping back to five furlongs may enhance his performance; he's the pick of the others to have raced although Sarangoo does represent a yard in peak form. Enthusing is hard to enthuse over as he looks sure to want further so the most interesting newcomer is Poetically, although the yard haven't yet had a juvenile winner this term. In the hope that he's improved for his debut run Pabusar gets the vote.
