In another tricky contest, we will side with Drumming Party ahead of Coranglais and Bens Georgie. The one-eyed Drumming Party was unlucky to have been disqualified after winning at Nottingham two runs ago and proved that to be no fluke when running well at the same track last time. With a very good draw today, he can go well in a bid to gain a deserved success. A return to his best sprinting form of 2004 would give Hollow Jo a chance, while Chatshow is well-weighted based on his course and distance win of a year ago. Diamond Katie is well-weighted based on her winning form of last summer, as is Caustic Wit on his course and distance winning form of two years ago. There must be an echo in here for Savile's Delight is also well-weighted based on form of around 12 months ago, while Full Spate often runs well here and is not too badly weighted. Bens Georgie is lightly raced and open to improvement and often knocks at the door so cannot be ruled out, Perfect Solution is another lightly-raced potential improver, while Hard To Catch is on a fair mark if having one of his better days. Blessed Place needs to find some improvement on Turf to win, although he comes here in good heart and Coranglais is well-weighted on form of around a year ago - now where have I heard that before? - and, all joking aside, comes into this race in good heart, so is respected. With a number of the others seeming best on the all-weather, we return to the selection, which is Drumming Party.
