Verdict

The market should prove a useful signpost to some interesting newcomers. with the likes of Equinus, a son of Shantou, Jean Pierre, a son of Blue Bresil and Chris Gordon's Highway One O Four making most appeal on paper, although it's worth checking out Pic Roc and Mr Bramley too. Lilting Verse has the benefit of racecourse experience, made a pleasing debut under Rules when a close third at Worcester and should be in the mix with that run under her belt. BLUE FIN has some useful pointing form in the book and his more than respectable third to De Legislator in Ireland was well advertised when the latter scored on his Rules debut at Hexham for Lucinda Russell. He's just preferred to Feel Good Inc, who capsized at the last on his pointing debut when holding every chance.
