Verdict
Milton Harris won this last year with the subsequent Grade 1 winner Knight Salute and has two entries. Scriptwriter won easily at Sedgefield but Cabrakan is having a first run over timber and Perseus Way, a winner over 1m2f at Newbury in September, looks a more likely newcomer. Medyaf beat Chepstow scorer Tuddenham Green in a Listed race at Wetherby but is 5lb worse off and Mr Freedom was travelling as well as any in that race when swerving and unseating his rider two out. BLUEKING D’OROUX looked useful at Auteuil in the spring. Paul Nicholls has done well with similar types and the Jeu St Eloi gelding can get the better of Punchestown winner War Correspondent.
