Verdict
This ultra-competitive hunter-chase can go to Bosham Mill at the expense of a whole host of challengers including Knife Edge No Retreat, First Down Jets and Mister Friday to name but a few. Bosham Mill at last gained due reward for some fair efforts when coming good at Cheltenham three weeks ago, proving too strong up the hill for Young Thruster. The latter has since run a blinder when trying to make all at Towcester, only caught on the line by another of today's rivals Vinnie Boy, but both have it to do against the selection. Knife Edge benefited from an earlier fall by Knife Edge when the pair met at Cheltenham in April and gets a chance to confirm the form on merit this time. Irish raider First Down Jets found only compatriot Whyso Mayo too good in the Cheltenham Foxhunter so is another for the short-list along with Mister Friday and Unmistakably who has been in terrific form between the flags. A cracking contest can see Bosham Mill stamp his superiority on some equally in-form rivals.
