Mighty looks the pick of Sir Michael Stoute's two runners here ahead of Sand Sprite and gets the vote to made a winning debut with Alsadaa rated the best of the remainder. The selection should have little problem with the underfoot conditions being a son of Pivotal and is taken to give his in-form handler another winner. The John Hills-trained Le Colombier has the advantage of having already had three starts and encounters a soft surface for the first time, something that on pedigree should suit, while the Barry Hills-trained Fluffy is another that should be suited by the ground but may need the run. Dik Dik may want a faster surface, while Majestic Halo is likely to need the run as most of the yard's horses tend to improve with racing. Alsadaa showed plenty of promise on his only start at two and has to be respected but Mighty makes plenty of appeal on pedigree and he gets the vote.
