John Allen's Canyouseeme won well on his final start of four in a bumper when successful at Towcester last year but he disappointed on his hurdling debut subsequently and looks best watched in a race taken to go to STRATIGIC GALE, who gets the vote with Strictly Business rated the best of the remainder. The selection ran well in both starts in bumpers and made an encouraging first start over timber when a close fourth behind Dan Breen at Doncaster last month, form on which he looks the one to beat. Jamie Snowden's Horseshoe Reef has run well in all three outings over hurdles and should again be thereabouts but he may have to settle for minor honours again. Murcar has a similar rating to Horseshoe Reef on the flat where he was trained by Clive Cox and he has to be considered on his first start over timber for Alison Thorpe. Tom George has his string in good heart at present and his runner, Strictly Business, should do better now switched to hurdles having run well on his only start in a bumper but a better bet looks to be Stratigic Gale, who gets the vote.
