Tayif is the obvious choice here, with the likes of Travelling Times, Attorney and Bulawayo expected to be prominent. Tayif has a lot going for him as he comes from a shrewd yard, will be all the better for his sixth at Catterick, and is well drawn. Travelling Times was fourth at Wolverhampton five days ago, but might not appreciate the step up in trip, while Attorney has been done no favours by his draw in stall 16. Of the rest, Mr Stylish is a course and distance winner, and any moves in the ring for Chestnut Cracker would be significant. However, Tayif, winner of the Ayr Silver Cup two years ago, can gain his first victory since in a weak affair.
