Boss Hog has run well here before he has not won for a year now and may struggle to do so even in this company and looks best watched in a race taken to go to MISS BOOTYLISHES, who gets the vote with Sedgwick rated the best of the rest. The selection has been campaigned exclusively on the Fibresand during the winter by Andy Haynes and she has shown a decent level of form in six starts, winning a claimer and running some decent races in defeat in handicaps. Dropped into a seller today, the five-year-old has an obvious chance to resume winning ways. Unconsoled ran better in a handicap here last time but faces no easy task at the weights today and a bigger threat is likely to come from Heathyards Junior. Alan McCabe's lightly raced gelding has won a couple of races at Wolverhampton recently and he has to be of interest on his Fibresand debut, especially given his American dirt bred pedigree. Ian Williams has his team in good form so recent Lingfield handicap winner Sedgwick has solid claims back on the Fibresand but it is hard to get away from Miss Bootylishes, who looks the one to be with.
