Nationalism and the frustrating Mata Keranjang have obvious claims but they will be priced accordingly and it may be worth taking an each-way view on the race with WARLU WAY our pick. As a half-brother to Presbyterian Nun and Jedburgh, the debutant is bred for the job in hand and he may be able to make his mark at the first time of asking. Mata Keranjang may be rated 100 but he's been beaten in maidens the last twice and connections have, now, resorted to cheekpieces in an attempt to gain that elusive success. Nationalism finished in front of him at Newmarket last time and it's very interesting to see this half-brother to the top class Sleeping Indian dropped back to a mile after two runs over ten furlongs; he's the one to beat but may not be much of a price. Perfect Point and Sunset Place are also related to decent performers and it would be no surprise to see them attract support with improvement expected from their initial efforts. Waheed and Immovable are newcomers to note in the market but the suggestion is another debutant in Warlu Way who represents the trainer and jockey responsible for the winner of the 2007 renewal.
