Verdict

Mannin Beach had a blip in form when running poorly at Listowel last month and is generally consistent enough to be a threat here. After two fine runs in May, John The Soldier started favourite for a similar race to this at Clonmel but disappointed behind Aughwilliam Lady. He can do better and will give a good account but this can go to WHAT AN ARTICLE, who is improving with every run and ran a cracking race behind Nodouraboura at Cork last time when just finding the three miles stretching his stamina.
