Ouija Board has been heavily backed in recent days and Ed Dunlop's mare is taken to justify that support and add this to her long list of notable successes at the main expense of David Junior and Aussie Rules. The last mentioned has to be respected given his connections and Aidan O'Brien's colt should appreciate today's faster ground than in the French Derby last time. Cambridgeshire winner Blue Monday is probably short of the required ability to win any normal renewal of this Group 1 contest, while neither of Sir Michael Stoute's pair Notnowcato nor Notable Guest look good enough on recent evidence. Snoqualmie Boy has form lines that read very well indeed and David Elsworth's colt may run better than market odds suggest although a bigger threat is likely to come from David Junior, who ran below expectations at the royal meeting. The same cannot be said of Ouija Board though and she should be hard to beat if in the same form today as at Ascot.
