Verdict

GOLDEN DESTINY can land this sprint at the principal expense of Cut The Cackle and Especially Special. Richard Hannon's filly fully appreciated a drop back to the minimum trip last time out, and with the handicapper putting her up just 2lbs for that course-and-distance victory; we are prepared to row in again. Cut The Cackle is better known over six furlongs. She has won over a five-furlong trip in the past though the suspicion is that she might be best with a bit more give in the ground than what she will experience at the Esher track tonight. Especially Special was out of her depth in the Cheveley Park Stakes. She had impressed in a Great Leighs maiden and this looks a more realistic assignment. All Spin would have chances if consenting to break on terms with his rivals. Lucky Leigh has failed to convince us that she has trained on from a smart juvenile campaign, while Amosite and Robin The Till need to bounce back from below par efforts. Golden Destiny has been found a decent opportunity to post a follow-up victory.
