Verdict
This is a wide open affair with only a smattering of form to go on, and it is hard to be definitive about the outcome, but DIAMOND DUCHESS can rule over Mark Anthony and Music of the Moor. The last named has run reasonably well in both his starts to date, but was expected to play more of a role at Redcar on his latest appearance, but he looked one paced and is taken on. Mark Anthony was highly tried on debut, and showed ability, finishing fifth in a decent York affair. Kevin Ryan's charge can improve for the experience, and out of a winning French dam, is respected. Diamond Duchess ran very promisingly at Nottingham on her debut, before seeming to enjoy the extra cut and distance at Doncaster a fortnight ago, keeping on well in the closing stages. This trip is unknown territory, as is the ground, but Diamond Duchess can cut through the mud.
