The field here has cut up badly, but it features a couple of interesting newcomers, and two last time out winners, with preference for debut scorer DARK EYES to follow up. Alan Berry's Ed's A Red is related to sprint winners and should not be discounted, while Catbells is a half-sister to a classy juvenile with pace. However, Farmers Wish is a consistent type who made it third time lucky when justifying favouritism recently. That looked a weak affair however, and although he is guaranteed to act on the ground, he can be outpointed here. Dark Eyes sprang a surprise on debut at Bath, getting up close home having been slowly away. The way she quickened up was taking, and given normal improvement Dark Eyes looks capable of seeing off the opposition.
