Kinrande must be of interest but he has been off the track for over two years and so may be a tad ring rusty, so preference is for Man Of Gwent ahead of Del Mar Sunset and Flying Applause. Much like Kinrande, the betting will prove very informative for Man Of Gwent. Having landed a monster gamble on his debut for the yard back in January, the selection hasn't been able to reprdouce that form. His last run was a slight improvement and with the first-time visor on today, he could run a much better race. The two three-year-old's at the bottom of the weghts both have claims, with Richard Hannon's team in good form and Alan King doing well with his flat runners this year (+¿25 to a pound stake). Del Mar Sunset ran well in third behind Hunting Country earlier this month, and that horse has since dotted up in a better race so the form looks very solid. Kinrande was very promising in the early stages of his career but has something to prove now back on the track after injury problems, and so we will plump for Man Of Gwent for the nomination.
