In depth

Verdict

Plenty of these come into the race with claims but a chance is taken with Call Me Sunshine, who is just preferred to Non Ultra, Frank's Quest and Treaty Of Utrect. The three-year-old has taken a couple of outings to put him straight this term, but shaped as if coming to hand last time. He should have no problem with the ground and has gone well here in the past. His jockey takes a handy 5lb off his back and everything looks to be in place for a bold show. Non Ultra has been frustrating to follow in the past but made the most of a good opportunity in a seller at Nottingham twelve days ago. However, he would not be an obvious candidate to follow up, even though this is a pretty weak affair. Treaty Of Utrect is yet to really shine for his new yard and also has to prove that he is ideally suited to the trip. So the consistent Frank's Quest, who has already shown that a race of this nature is his for the taking somewhere along the line, is taken as the biggest danger to the selection.
