Mormeatmic, one of three runners representing trainer Mick Easterby, probably has the best form of those to have raced previously but this may go to one of the newcomers with Greek Secret preferred to Bridal Path. The last mentioned is beautifully bred but Sir Mark Prescott's team has yet to hit top gear and this daughter of Groom Dancer is bred to come into her own over further. Richard Fahey's Wig Wam Bam stepped up on her debut effort when third in a Catterick maiden last time and has to be respected, while Charles Darwin showed improved form at Doncaster last time but may not be suited by the return to the minimum. Pickett comes from a stable that has done well with their juveniles this term and should be better than he showed first time out, while Fayr Sky is a speedily bred newcomer from the yard of John Quinn that can ready one but has been quiet of late. A chance is taken though with Greek Secret. Tim Easterby's youngsters normally improve with racing but the yard has had a couple of first time out winners this term and this half-brother to several sprint winners looks a likely type on pedigree.
