From a shortlist containing Muzdaherha, Hoh My Darling, Hidden Chance, Maria Delfina and Queen's Dancer, we will side with Muzdaherha. Muzdaherha showed very much improved form when just beaten by Linnet last time, form that affords her plenty of respect here. Much as she will stay further than this trip, she comes here in good form and can go well. Hoh My Darling put in a much-improved effort last time to win at Brighton and, from just a four-pound higher mark, has to be considered again in a modest event. Given that Hidden Chance, who has to be forgiven a poor run last time, is a pound better off for finishing a short head behind her there, she has to be feared too, while Queen's Dancer is seven pounds better off for five lengths, so grant her respect too. The nicely-bred and expensive John Gosden runner, Maria Delfina, would be interesting if backed, while Miss Amour showed some promise last time, but the form is modest, but you can say that about most of today's field. Missie Baileys was just ahead of her there and Briannie just behind. However, Let Slip's handicap debut last time showed promise and the step up in trip might well suit today, so grant her consideration. Finally, with Persona failing to fulfil home promise, we return to the selection, which is Muzdaherha.
