VHUJON is the tentative selection in this tricky looking handicap, while both Johannes and Jaconet are worthy of respect. David Evans has his team of horses in fantastic form of late and he can add to his winning tally. The selection won at Salisbury last month and has been knocking on the door in his last two races finishing second in both. He still looks potentially well treated and looks the form pick to land this contest. Johannes has bottom weight and has caught the eye in both his races this season. He won on his reappearance at Catterick and was only narrowly touched off at the same venue last time out and another bold run can be expected. Jaconet landed a hat-trick after winning at Wolverhampton, Musselburgh and Redcar but ran well below par on his latest outing and it maybe that the handicapper has him where he wants him. This is a tough race to call, however Vhujon looks well treated and sets the standard.
