AMNO DANCER's three-length fourth to Showcasing at Yarmouth in July stands out and he is taken to see off Lieu Day Louie and Hot Rod Mamma in a race lacking strength in depth. Mark Tompkins' Namid colt has a rating of 77 but remains in maiden company today. It may not be too wise to go overboard about his Yarmouth run as he was obviously pretty flattered, however even if he runs close to that he should take this. The winner of that race has since gone on to rout a decent looking Gimcrack field at York. Durham Express shaped with promise on his debut at Thirsk; that looked a decent maiden and further improvement is expected today. Amenable looks the most interesting of the debutants; already gelded this son of Bertolini carries the trainers own colours and the market may help guide to his chance. Lieu Day Louie looked a tad unlucky to bump into an above average newcomer last time and a race will come his way at some point, whilst the horse that beat him was trained by Linda and Bill Stubbs who saddle Bronze Beau today and they should know where they stand. Jack Luey and Hot Rod Mamma have both shown some ability in three runs apiece, however they will need to improve again to beat Amno Dancer who is expected to win on his first try at this trip.
