MOOTEEAH looked a nice filly in-the-making when taking a Lingfield maiden and can build on that here, while Stateside and Umverti are much respected. The selection hails from the Michael Jarvis yard that does so well with its Yorkshire raids, and she put previous form well behind her when getting up to win over 10f on the Polytrack. There is plenty of stamina on her dam's side of the pedigree, suggesting that the step up to this trip should be able to bring further improvement, and against her own sex and from a fair mark she can score. Stateside has a more exposed look to her form, but she has won a couple of times recently, although was beaten from 2lbs lower last time. Even so, she is respected and a win would be no shock. Umverti has been given a 5lbs rise for winning just a head at Beverley last time. She is also stepped up in trip, although the bloodlines suggest that she may not get home over this far. My Chestnut Girl is proving tough enough to win with but remains on the same mark as when just touched off at Brighton and can go well. Kings Maiden will see out every yard of this and is in decent form, so she is respected too, but preference is for Mooteeah.
