Sarasota Sunshine has been in good from of late, winning her last two starts at Warwick and Wolverhampton, but a 4lb rise for her latest success makes this tougher for Nick Littmoden's filly and it may be worth taking a chance with WHERE'S REILEY, who gets the vote over Speedy Guru. Henry Candy's filly is less exposed than most of her rivals after just four starts and she should appreciate the return to six furlongs having weakened rapidly on her reappearance and handicap debut at Lingfield last time. West Leake won well at Southwell in April but has disappointed in three starts since then all over course and distance. Rafta is another that is lightly raced and belied odds of 66/1 when landing a handicap at Salisbury and a 6lb rise for that success may prevent her from following up. Marco Botti's Choisharp looks to be going the right way and he has solid claims but remains a maiden after seven starts and preference is for Where's Reiley. David Barron's gelding has failed to win since landing a handicap at Newcastle in May but has run some reasonable races in defeat and, racing off just a 1lb higher mark than when a short-head second to Minturno at Redcar in May, he looks worth siding with.
