Dhehdaah can prove the answer to this class 5 handicap, with Dundry, Cripsey Brook, Tribe and Encrypt all worth a mention. Dhehdaah perhaps did not find as much as expected when narrowly beaten by Madiba at Newcastle, but Pam Sly's gelding will appreciate the slight drop back in trip as he bids to gain just a second success on the Flat. He has been in good form over hurdles this year, and if it comes down to a battle, he will not be fazed. A mark of 60 gives him a sporting chance of landing the spoils. Dundry was only beaten a short-head over the course-and-distance last September, and was just two lengths adrift of Trance in a competitive affair at Newbury last time. He has to go on the short-list along with Cripsey Brook whose weight will be negated by James Reveley's claim. Tribe has his first try at the trip and should be noted in the market, while Encrypt gets weight all round, and is worth considering for a place. However, we much prefer the claims of Dehdaah.
