Disappointingly only the five runners have been declared for this conditions race and Familiar Territory looks to face a seemingly straight-forward task, getting the vote ahead of Before You Go and Camrose. The last mentioned is capable of taking a hand but John Dunlop's gelding does not win very often and may again have to settle for minor honours. Before You Go ran creditably at the royal meeting last time but has not won for some time and it is hard to get away from Familiar Territory. Godolphin's colt is less exposed than his main rivals, has shown a decent level of form in two starts this term and looks to face a suitable opportunity to resume winning ways here.
