La Rochette is bred to be useful and it will be interesting to see how the market shapes up for Peter Chapple-Hyam's filly ahead of her debut but she will need to be decent to get the better of Solar Dance, who gets the vote with Ethereal Flame rated the pick of the remainder. The selection made an encouraging debut here earlier this month when chasing home a couple of useful looking types from the yard's of Michael Jarvis and Saeed Bin Suroor and a reproduction of that effort may well suffice. Belotto has earned a rating of 78 following her three starts and Roger Charlton's runners are beginning to hit form now so she has to be considered. Sir Michael Stoute's Winners Chant was well held on her debut and is difficult to recommend, while Beauchamp Wonder is likely to find this tougher than the race in which she ran at Lingfield on her debut. Henry Cecil's Ethereal Flame seemed to be worried out of the finish at Chepstow last time and she looks to be going the right way, especially over this trip, but a safer option looks to be Solar Dance.
