This is a trial for the Al Qouz Sprint which is run on World Cup night and won by Sole Power last year. Edddie Lynam's veteran reversed form with Sir Maximillian on that occasion as Ian Williams' charge had won this on his previous start. The latter arrives in cracking form having landed a lucrative handicap last month when drawn out wide, as he is here. GOLDREAM only just got the better of Medicean Man in the King's Stand Stakes at Ascot when Sole Power was a close fifth. The winner ended the campaign with a brilliant victory in the Prix De L'Abbaye at Longchamp and though having his first start on the track has the credentials and looks the one to be on. Jungle Cat has never raced over the minimum trip and needs to step-up from winning a handicap last time but Toscanini has performed with credit at this sort of level and could repay each-way support at a fair price.
