Verdict

Another tough race to call here for punters but the main protagonists look to be And Again, Majehar and Look of Eagles and the narrow nomination is given to And Again. The selection has dropped to a handy mark and hinted at a return to form when second Cheveley Flyer last time out. Granted she is not proven on the surface but she looks a value bet in an open affair. Majehar rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Hoh Wotanight. However that horse has since been well beaten under a penalty and he looks vulnerable on that basis. Look of Eagles has been in fair form over hurdles of late but prior to that he had shown little on the flat, and although he looks dangerously well handicaped he cannot be put forward with any confidence. Hallings Overture is a course and distance winner and has won off a higher mark in the past and could go well at a price, but his yard could be in better form. Of the others, Granary Girl is another with place claims on her best form but she may just need the run after a 316-day break and with this in mind for the winner we return to And Again
