Verdict

Casela Park is a fascinating runner whilst Tell Halaf and High Importance look sure to have their supporters but we're going to side with PRINCE OF SORRENTO on his return to racing here. The selection proved very disappointing at Sandown in May but there was much more to like about his Newbury fourth behind a gambled on winner but he's still able to line up from a 2lb lower mark. He looked desperately unlucky in running on his last run here in January on the all-weather from a 6lb higher mark and may be able to make amends. Irish raider Casela Park could be the fly in the ointment with Kieren Fallon booked as he was in really good form at Dundalk when last in action and he's well drawn for one that likes to race up with the pace but he does have to translate his best form to grass. Tell Halaf made up a lot of ground at Newmarket to chase home a winner that raced up with the pace and should go well but he could be better drawn whilst High Importance has claims if taking to the headgear but Prince Of Sorrento is taken to reign.
