RADIATOR ROONEY has an excellent track record and earns our vote ahead of Compton Classic and Street Power. Street Power is better than he showed last time when he pulled too hard but his yard has gone a little quiet and his two victories were achieved over a furlong further at Kempton so we're prepared to overlook him. Compton Classic hails from a yard in great form and has come within a length of winning on each of his last two runs over course and distance. He should go well but he hasn't won for over a year now and each of his last three wins have been in claiming company. Radiator Rooney has only finished out of the money once in five visits to Surrey. He was very disappointing last time but he has dropped a couple of pounds as a result which has enabled him to sneak into this line-up. He's also been given a break and he has run well fresh in the past which lends us to believe that Radiator Rooney will be primed to come to the boil for his return.
