RIOLIINA is taken to see off her own sex here, while Lemon N Sugar and Happy Forever are among others considered. Rioliina, the mount of Ryan Moore, won when the ground was on the soft side at Bath last August, and was subsequently beaten comfortably at Leicester on her handicap debut. She achieved a rating of 85 for that effort and if that is remotely accurate then she ought to be able to win at today's weights. Lemon N Sugar is inferior to the tune of 16lbs on official ratings, making her hard to call the winner. However, it is hard to fault her very comfortable Southwell maiden success last time and she might be a bit better than her BHA mark suggests, so she could get in the mix. Happy Forever won a Kempton handicap and was shorted of Listed class when tried next time. This is more her level and and she should be heavily involved. Artistic License has solid enough form in context at this trip but a 3lb rise for defeat last time is not good news and we are happy to side with Rioliina.
