Verdict

Cuttin' Edge won his maiden here two years ago but was returning from injury when running twice in May and has had another break since. SWANTON BLUE got back to winning ways at Epsom nine days ago and never seems to run a bad race. This obviously more difficult under a penalty but he is the one to beat with Seamus Cronin taking off 7lb again. Dreamboat Annie also seems sure to be thereabouts and Danecase will be hard to keep out of the frame. Poyle George Two is the least exposed and has been placed in his last two, though a run over 6f at Yarmouth was inconclusive.
