Fillies can often come to themselves at this time of year so Inching is just a tentative choice in what is an open affair. Having run well against older horses last time, she comes here in pretty good heart and it would be no surprise to see her go well. Compton Alice hadn't raced for 20 months before her claiming win last time but and the best of her 2002 form gives her chances in a low-grade affair. Crown City hails from a good stable and comes into this lightly raced so the betting should be watched for clues. Fizzy Lizzy, Largs and Ed Dunlop's Red Flame also cannot be ruled out if putting their best feet forward, a similar comment applying to topweight Silver Chime. It's open event but Inching might just be open to a bit more improvement than most in what will be only her second run on turf.
