Bishopstone Man comes into this in better form than his main rivals Moten Swing, Vortex and You Never No and, by virtue of that, gets the verdict in a typically competitive classified stakes race. The selection was good value for his success in handicap-company at Beverley last month and could be on the upgrade. Moten Swing won in similar grade at Lingfield in April but has only raced once since when well held at Goodwood and is difficult to recommend. Vortex has not raced since May but has claims if fit enough, while You Never No drops in class and is another worthy of respect. Tribal Prince and Dancing Nugget are others that merit a mention but Bishopstone Man is in good form at present and gets the vote.
