COMEDY ACT can take the limelight with Shades Of Grey and Celebrian amongst those that can contest the minor places. The selection shaped with a degree of promise on his reappearance before duly enjoying a step up in trip at Nottingham where he ran on strongly to get the better of a fair field in taking fashion. Comedy Act will be hit a good bit harder by the handicapper than the 5lb penalty he carries and he can win this before attempting to complete his hat-trick in one of the contests that he has entries for over the course of the week. Celebrian improved for the switch to handicapping when a head behind Celtic Ransom at Wolverhampton and the pair look closely matched on that evidence whilst Shades Of Grey is a potential improver now facing more realistic company and there was plenty to like about her run at Salisbury. Akamon, Bandear and Admiral Breese are others that may have more to offer but the punch line can be delivered by Comedy Act.
