ROLLING HILLS gets the nod in an open race where Red Gulch is sure to be popular along with Avenuesnalleyways. Henry Candy's runner has a little to prove having finished down the field at Salisbury over six but he was badly drawn that day and may appreciate the return to racing over seven. The form of his second in a Folkestone maiden has worked out well and he looks fairly treated on that evidence. Red Gulch was heavily supported at Haydock over six but was a little keen before becoming outpaced and then running on; the step back up in trip may well suit and he's respected but he has refused to enter the stalls in the past and may not be entirely straightforward. Avenuesnalleyways has progressed on the all-weather and attracted support over course and distance last time but was no match for a progressive individual whilst the second has filled the same position since to give the form a solid look. Suited And Booted, Fairy Promises, Maid In Heaven and Number One Guy are other names to conjure with but Rolling Hills may be able to pull this race out of the hat.
