SENDRENI gets the confident vote in this handicap and we will nominate him to get the better of Edie Superstar and Norcroft. The selection was an emphatic winner at Wolverhampton last time and we see no reason to desert him here. The yard are shrewd so if there is market support then that would fuel the confidence, but he looks to hold rock solid claims from a good high draw. In contrast, Edie Superstar has the worst of the draw and it is also a point of contention over whether this extra yardage will suit as she won over the minimum trip last time. Norcroft is a course and distance winner but he was no match for The Cayterers at Great Leighs last week and the draw could have been kinder today. Garstang has a good draw and he shaped with a bit more promise last time so he could go well for each-way punters. However, for the winner we will stick with the progressive Sendreni.
