In depth

Verdict

Mille Feuille, Mazaris and Miss Carlotta make most appeal in this maiden and the vote is given to MILLE FEUILLE The selection was beaten a head by Beauchamp Wizard here last time but she had the worst of the draw that day and this filly is worth another chance. Mazaris has shown progression on his four starts so far and there was a lot to like about the way he chased home Colour Trooper last time. He is a scopey type and he is entitled to get involved in the shake-up from a good draw. Miss Carlotta showed up well on her debut but she ran no sort of race last time when she found little for pressure and on the back of that run she is probably best watched today. Illusionary has had plenty of chances and is easy to oppose, and we will stick with Mille Feuille who should take all the beating.
