This appears to be a good opportunity for Rebelious Spirit to gain some compensation for his near miss at Southwell a fortnight ago; Top Mark, Prince Dayjur and Tender The Great are forwarded as the ones most likely to pose problems along the way. Tender The Great showed some of his old sparkle when he made his Kempton debut 12 days ago - staying on in pleasing fashion near the finish. He will be a force to be reckoned with if posting a similar display this afternoon. Prince Dayjur doesn't really have too many miles on the clock for an eight-year-old but seems to have been around forever. He is totally exposed as ordinary these days but should again run his race. Top Mark is a capable player in this grade and it would not be a surprise to see him make the selection pull out all the stops. However, Rebelious Spirit is holding his form well just now and he this appears to be an ideal opening for the gelding to get back to winning ways.
