GLOBAL VILLAGE returned from a break to just hang on for victory last time at Wolverhampton and with more expected now that bit fitter we think he can follow up at the expense of Ejeed and Resplendent Nova. Still relatively unexposed the selection is yet to taste defeat here in a couple of runs so despite only just lasting home on his latest win he should improve to score again off this revised mark. Ejeed has chalked up both career wins at this track but may just remain a little high in the handicap to be scoring this time while Resplendent Nova was a little disapointing off this rating last time but this looks easier. Tevez keeps placing while giving the impression he'll need help from the assessor before getting up to score and Valentino Swing goes well here but while he's gone well enough off this mark in the past it has been a while. The more we look at this the more we fancy Global Village.
