Hayley Turner seemed to get on well with STANLEY GOODSPEED last time out and the pair can go one place better today at the main expense of Lytton and Art Market. John Hills' gelding ran well in defeat at Chepstow last time, a bounce back to form following a Leicester flop in heavy ground earlier in the month. He doesn't have a wonderful strike-rate, nor is he a particularly easy ride it appears, but if the cheek-pieces work again then he should run well. Fine Ruler is a course and distance winner but he needs to be refreshed after a break, Sovereignty should appreciate a return to this track after a Southwell flop, whilst Romantic Verse has put up her boldest runs at Wolverhampton. Art Market¿s second to Regeneration last time reads well in the context of this race, Lytton has a 5lb rise in the weights for a solid Beverley win last time out, whilst Fortina's Boy needs a market check on his handicap bow off a mark of 64. Not a race to dwell on, and it is with some trepidation that we select Stanley Goodspeed.
