The powerful Godolphin have returned to form recently and that should continue here with SAND VIXEN, who is taken to land this Fillies' maiden ahead of Piccadilly Filly and Miss Lesley. The selection looked in need of her first run when disappointing last time out on quick ground at Haydock. She is bred well enough to take a race of this quality and should make an impact as a Juvenile so with the expected improvement she should prove too good for this field especially with the yard going so well. Piccadilly Filly hails from the in form Edward Creighton yard and she ran a pleasing enough debut over course and distance to suggest she'll win races here. Miss Lesley has looked mildly progressive in three starts and having only been beaten a neck behind a subsequent winner at Southall last time she is entitled to challenge. Trainer Paul Cole has also got his string in good form so the improving Astarta needs to make the shortlist too while Caviar is also respected on her polytrack debut. Not a bad race this and Sand Vixen should come on from her debut to score.
