ON THE PISTE probably has the best form of those to have raced and she is given the vote ahead of Sacred Star and Xaara Star. The last-named is interesting as she drops in grade following some fair efforts in maidens but she has been well-held at the line on each occasion and it is On The Piste who already has the winning mentality. She showed plenty of determination to win at Yarmouth on her second start and then wasn't disgraced in claiming company next time up. Now back in this grade she should take all the beating despite her wide draw. Havelock Flyer, Chilean Fizz and Mendiva need to improve on what we have seen so far, whilst Minnie Rocket fared no better when dropped to this grade last time out. Mel Brittain's Sacred Star has the blinkers applied for the first time; she is dropping in class but is another who has failed to threaten the judge in better races. Newcomer Izuizorizuain't wouldn't have to be a huge star to make a winning start and this daughter of Johannesburg needs a market check. Musiara has more experience than her rivals but so far she has struggled to win and so in a very winnable race it is On The Piste who can take the honours.
