Ryan Moore looks an interesting jockey booking for Rock D'Argent on this first run for the yard, however TREGONY BRIDGE has the better recent form and is preferred to Motty's Gift in what looks a very winnable race. The selection made a pleasing start to life in handicaps, when a close-up fifth to Usquaebach at Lingfield last month. He is able to race off the same mark of 50 today and despite a poor draw he is fancied to run well. Sandy Toes is back down to his last winning mark but he is unproven away from Southwell, Motty's Gift seemed to take well to the visor last time and is considered off a mark of 51, whilst Moonlight Serenade finished ahead of him at Wolverhampton and cannot be written off from a good draw. Chinese Democracy is nicely-bred and the booking of Frankie Dettori catches the eye, Just Say Please needs to improve now going handicapping, whilst Seeking Stardom is likely to and his trainer has a good record at the track. The market should help here with some potential improvers lurking, however the vote is given to Tregoney Bridge.
