Sue Smith complicates matters for backers by saddling two runners although Oso Magic seems to have more solid claims than It's Bertie but it is EBORARRY that gets the vote. Tim Easterby's gelding was good value for his win at Catterick last time and he has an obvious chance under similar conditions off just a 4lb higher mark today. Malcolm Jefferson's Schinken Otto has been slightly below par of late but has been given a chance by the handicapper. Sue Bradburne's Yankee Holiday has been running well without troubling the judge of late but is another that has slipped to a fair mark and he rates a bigger threat than Watch The Wind, who looks a shade high in the weights and is still yet to win a race. Hollows Mill has not won for nearly two years but is only 4lbs lower than when taking that race here and of more interest may be Sue Smith's Oso Magic despite the fact that he has gone up 9lbs for his win at Carlisle last time. Eborarry looks better treated than anything else though and Tim Easterby's gelding is taken to follow up his recent Catterick success.
