Perfect Polly, Dark Missile and Aine are the three to look at here, with Perfect Polly taken to follow up a winning seasonal debut. A daughter of Danehill Dancer out of a Thatching mare, Aine is bred to be speedy. She won her maiden at Tipperary and then took a Navan handicap in game style. This represents a step up in grade however, though she can hit the frame and looks interesting. After landing the Wokingham in fine style last year, Dark Crystal was second in a Group Two, and despite two valiant efforts in defeat, she has failed to add to that winning tally this term. She looks sure to go well, but once again may find one too good. With trainer Andrew Oliver when fourth in the Cheveley Park last year, beaten only five lengths by subesquent Guineas winner Natagora, Perfect Polly has a win to her credit already this season, making all the running to score narrowly in a fast time at Hamilton. That was only a conditions race, but she looks exciting and is now with Jeremy Noseda. Perfect Polly can score again and handle this rise in class.
