    Verdict

Aunt Julia, Arbella and Intrigued look the three to concentrate on in this fillies race and the vote is given to Aunt Julia. The selection was a fair sixth on her first first run of the season behind Punctilious. This looks easier she has a little in hand on official ratings and under conditions that suit she will be hard to be. Arbella rates the main danger on her latest third behind The Whistling Teal but all her best form is over a slightly longer trip and she is opposed on that basis. Intrigued hails from the in-form Sir Mark Prescott yard and could go well if fit but the suspicion is she may just need the run after a 601 day absence. Of the remainder Gramada has plenty to find on bhb figures while Tarandot has conditions to suit and could go well at a price but Aunt Julia sets a fair standard and he will be hard to beat.
